NEW TICKET SUPPORT SYSTEM
As you noticed, we have launched completely new website with completely new way of documentation and guides for all of our extensions.
We decided to keep support on one place: not forum + private ticket system, but one way - public ticket system with option to add secure notes visible only by support staff.
We believe that this will help keeping whole section monitored better way and build knowledge base for all our users.
